Re: Live 9 mackie control
My Tascam US-2400 was able to make use of these improved scripts in 9 to enable Track Select On Touch, but when 10 came along that broke, and since then (up to 11) I have just been using the standard scripts. I would like to check the .py of the motorhorst (pg 2.) provided custom ChannelStrip.py tha...

Program Change on Active Track Selected
Is anyone aware of a device that simply sends out a message (such as a Program Change, preferably with a way to add or subtract an offset for finicky devices) when a track is selected? For instance: Select track 5 in Live, the device transmits a Midi Program Change command "5". Is this fun...

SOLVED: Trigger Maschine Scenes with MIDI notes
SOLVED: Ok, this sent me for a spin. When they say C-2 to trigger Scene 1, that's what they mean. It's C MINUS 2, not C HYPHEN 2. This is so way down note wise that my access virus won't even go there with the keyboard shifted to it's lowest setting. No wonder I couldn't find it.... now drawing in t...

Re: Problem - routing of MIDI to a track that is not armed
All IN's! This has to be the issue. I learnt something today: Record ARM is for Notes and Automation, everything else just get's thrown around to all tracks regardless of track Arming. Not sure if I understand at this juncture how this is actually beneficial, but I will do some testing and get back ...

Problem - routing of MIDI to a track that is not armed
I have two hardware synths. Both are setup using the external instrument plugin. When the Synth 1 track is Record Armed and I twist some knobs it somehow effects the parameters of Synth 2 which is unarmed. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening. Both synths are on completely independent midi inte...

Re: Live 9 mackie control
Regarding multi-SOLO: I found another similar thread and it noted to deactivate Exclusive SOLO in the preferences, and hey, it work's a charm. Now I can Multi-Solo just by pressing as many solo buttons I want. Now exactly like an analog mixers behavior. Very happy to find this.

Re: Live 9 mackie control
Hello,
Even though I am using the latest version of Live I would like to try these out as my Tascam US-2400 does not quit properly (fader reset) and the meters are a bit slow.
If any one has a link to share it would be appreciated.
Thanks,
