For every device that has a 'Drop Sample Here'. There should be a record tab. So you can record an audio sample straight into Simpler, Drum Sampler, Sampler.

Parameters:
- Input channel
- Input gain
- A 'Threshold' for record start
- A 'Record' button
- 'Overdub' button (for layering like looper ...

Just the ability to load in a sample from push onto the current selected device like: Granulator, Vector Grains, or basically every device that has a drag and drop sample feature. It would be rad if push asked if we want to swap the 'Device' or the 'Sample'. Or maybe holding 'Shift' and 'Hot Swap ...

This interface is very similar to the 'add to matrix' system implemented into Wavetable / Push experience. Map any parameter to a macro or midi CC. Easy access to all the mappings on the the selected macro or midi CC. Edit Range and delete mappings in a clear overview.

Under the live's preferences go to the tab MIDI Sync. Selected under Control Surface the APC 40 do this also for the Input and Output. Should work though.

Would be very useful for plugins like vocoders and stutter edit.

If you want to be a real pro, then surely you know you need pro tools HD and the HD omni or HD madi to be really pro ;)

I think he is talking about timestretching inside the sampler.

There isn't a timestretch feature yet. But I hope Ableton will come up with something like this. Option for now: Edit the sample in arrangement view, adjust the transpose , set warp mode to complex and drag the sample where you want it ...

Reverse button on simpler (Drum Rack)

:arrow: Track volume lock on 0dB (Would be nice for midi faders on APC or other controllers)
