Well, its been a week, ive tried just about everything i can think of to no avail. this has seriously shaken my confidence in ableton. If i cant get live to stay open i guess im just going to have to start over in a new program...

When i try to playback in composition mode live quits partway through. Everytime. this just started happening today and i am very confused.
