Re: check out this touch screen
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=n6QsusDS_8A I spy an Apple II computer in front of Herbie. First computer I ever tinkered with way back in 1979 belonging to an uncle. The laptop has gigged 3 nights per week every weekend for over two years. I know Windows MCE is not recommended, but, I've ...

UK users beware! National lottery hoax email
Received an email last night (just saw it at 7pm) claiming I had won £141,022! 8O They used the genuine National Lottery logo and address, etc. But being a cynic, didn't get my hopes up. Decoding cache observations
After using Abelton Live 5 I went to defrag my laptop internal HD only to find instead of 17% free space I only had 3% free. On investigation I found that the decode cache was full of wave files from the last Abelton session, they are not cleared out automatically. I did a few experiments, first I r...

Started roadying for a rock band of mates in 1969. They were good enough to eventually get a recording session at Decka Recording studios in London around 1970/71. There I was in the control room of Decka with Cozy Powell in front of the most amazing huge mixing desk, it was like being on the bridge...

I can't use Live 5 on it, however, Live 4 seems to be OK when used on it's own, can't run anything else wi...
