Re: Barebones Alternative to Live?
Stating reasons why Garageband isn't what he wants provides very little value to the thread. Wrong. The thread is without value to begin with. Somehow johnathomo2000 managed to make it worth even less by having a fit when asked a pretty simple question. If he answered the question plainly it would ...

Stating reasons why Garageband isn't what he wants provides very little value to the thread. The fact that you flamed back shows you weren't genuinely trying to help him in the first place.

Re: Barebones Alternative to Live?
Basic problem solving? That is a joke. The criteria set was specific enough to find a solution. "Knowing what aspects of the offered solution are not satisfactory would be very helpful in providing a better solution." ' Very helpful.' No. Eliminating Garageband off the list of options is m...

Re: Drop-outs - Live's fault or just underpowered laptop?
Why are you using eight instances? I am positive Kontakt Player is a multi-out plugin. 1 Kontakt Player + Ableton External Instrument plugin = saving resources. :) Ah, tell me more... I was always confused by the Kontakt Player 2 interface and never bothered to rtfm. And I can use the External Inst...
