+1, a tuner would be very useful.

i am starting to think there is a reason that there isn't one. it seems like it would be a no brainer for a piece of software geared at least partly towards live performance. in the meantime, what is the best free, lightweight vst/au tuner for mac os x?

i have full version of max along w max for live. is there a way to have ableton on the laptop screen and put a jitter display window out of the display port so i can drive a projector or additional screen with video content while i am working with ableton on my laptop?

Anyone on here from the area? I'd love it if a Ableton or even general electronic music (Computers, Synths, Max/MSP/Jitter, Arduino.. other hardware/software) users group could meet. We could use my house (Akron).. it is filled to the brim with goodies.

i need to update this because it looks like some devices will automate and others will not. the redux is one i am having trouble with. the hard or soft bit redux dont seem to do anything. anyone else have this problem.

i can't get clip envelopes to have an effect on devices. i add an effect, it becomes available as a destination for the envelopes but when i pick a parameter and draw an envelope, i hear nothing. the envelopes work fine the standard volume, offset etc, just not for devices. i read the manual cover ...

I recently bought the behringer pcb1010 foot pedal for an ableton based live loop setup. I have made decent progress thusfar and am able to loop and layer but i haven't gotten to the point where I dont have to touch the computer at all and there are a couple odd behaviors I dont understand.
