MIDI Sync with MOTU and Miss Aligned Recordings

So I'm having an issue where I am running Ableton as my master clock sending to my MOTU midi express and out to 4 hardware pieces where I can align the audio coming out by setting a -62.5ms on the MIDI sync delay of the MOTU out, but when I record the audio or midi information in, it is all hitting ...

I have Ik Multimedia's ARC system, which is like the KRK ERGO (but only plugin based). I am trying to avoid having to go into the preferences each time to resetup for each device. If it can't be done its ok, was just trying to see if anyone out there already is doing things this way. Thanks guys.
