windows recognises trigger finger as usb composite device

enigma does not recognise trigger finger, when refreshing devices on both laptops and oprtaing systems enigma gives error - not enough memory for ...

followed all the instructions above and basically here is where i'm at;

i have windows 7 64bit and running ableton 7
and can't get my trigger finger to make sounds, in fact i can't even load the ableton presets
from Enigma though i have done in the past on win xp sp3 and havent changed it since ...
