everything you do has copyright just by the fact you've done it
the only real way to protect yourself is to release it, even then i could copy the track and there wouldn't be anything you could do about it

details of cubase 5 are starting to come out so i might upgrade sx2 depending on live8 details. there are a lot of things that need sorting out and if live8 doesn't then i wont be upgrading.
