Why do you ask this? Maybe I've missed your point, but i'm not having any problems with dropouts. The computer works amazingly with Live 7.0.3 but with 7.0.5 up, this problem occurs.

Yeh, thats exactly the same issue. When did you buy your computer? Who's the motherboard by? I don't think it's to do with SP3 cause it worked fine on my old machine. Support seem to know something about this cause they sent me this.......

Yeh, I expect it will fix it. It's not made easerly available. Live 7 simply doesn't work with Automap without these settings. Best of luck.

Okay I just got a reply from Ableton support & it totally fixed all issues. Maybe you guys knew about this but it's a revelation to me, here it is....

Yeh that's true, but I think it does sinc or uses the sinc for something. It does with Reason Cause it has a bars & beats readout. Iether way,you will note that Novation tell you to have the sinc on to have the correct setup & I doubt they say it cause they like the colour of the button. & if it ...

Because it must keep track of the transport for rewind & F forward to work I expect. Certainly they say sinc should be on.

9 hours of troubleshooting and the Remote SL works as it should...

Live Version 7.0.2 fixes this problem.
