OMG I just bought Jbridge and this is amaaaazing. I don't even have a 64 bit operating system, but I didn't realize when I read about Jbridge before that you can use it simply to access the other 1.5 GB of RAM on a 32 bit OS, because in XP32 each process can only use about 2 GB of RAM before maxing ...

My usual work around for sets that crash immediately upon loading is to remove one or more of your most memory intensive Vst plugins from your directory that are used in the crashed set. This will allow you to open without crashing and freeze tracks or remove things so you can continue working and t...

Re: 64 bit Native Support - Ableton Unable To?
I know these guys know it's important...they've got to be planning on getting it out soon. I too experience out of memory crashes all the time.
Maybe we will get it for Christmas???????? I would be in heaven...might even buy max for live

Smoothed random or S-H LFO
Anyone know of a plugin that allows you to generate a S-H type waveform with a control for smoothing/interpolating the steps between the random values? (so that a filter cut off frequency could be modulated randomly without such harsh stepping) basically a glide function for the S-H waveform... Idea...

Re: Why do you mix/master in a different DAW?
I don't think you can just insert the plugin and turn it off...it looks like it has to be on, so if the plugin doesn't have a wet/dry mix knob, then you are SOL unfortunately. Not to mention the extra processing power this uses up when using a lot of racks... Really hope they get this sorted out. I ...

Re: Simpler sample start time!
Would be fine with me, I just didn't know where they could fit the extra knob...simpler is already pretty cramped, so I thought dragging the flag farther back would be an easier solution than redesigning the interface.

Simpler sample start time!
This may already be in a request thread, but it would be amazing if you could allow the user to drag the simpler start flag back earlier than the audio file actually begins (the same way that you can drag the start point of an audio clip back earlier than the recorded audio starts). This would help ...
