Re: Noob questions
"And why doesn't it save it to the clip slot on the track?" Notice there are two separate recording actions: recording into arrangement and recording into session. To record on Arr, have the track armed and use the Arrangement record button (solid round thingy that turns red once youve clicked on i...

Re: Click and pop..?
Try Complex Pro as warping mode, and also try increasing buffer size.

Yes, there’s a lock icon on Arrangement, above the track title area.

Re: Need your help to improve my DJ set setup
Ah yeah, good call on pre-leveling the files as a batch.
My favorite audio editor, TwistedWave (Mac only), can do this.
If you need this, you can get in touch and I can do it for a modest fee (depending on the amount of songs).

Re: Moving the Start Stop and Loop Brace Simultaneously
Click on the loop brace to highlight it.
Then, using up/down arrows moves the loop brace by the current grid value, and playhead moves with it, too.

Re: How to switch Operator presets within the one channel when you trigger a new clip?
Presets cannot be automated, sadly.
The quickest workaround I could think of would be doing an instrument rack that allows for several instruments / chains so it'd contain the Operators with desired presets, and automating the chain selector to play the different instances of Operator one at a time.

Re: Live 10 Lite does not recognize my USB keyboard
You probably need to activate the midi keyboard at Preferences of Ableton Live.
You should see a yellow light flicker at the very top right of Live if it's receiving midi.

Re: Noob Volume Issue
• Raise the level/gain at the source (guitar)
• Raise the input gain of the recording track
• Raise the gain of the track that's recording the guitar in the DAW

Re: Need your help to improve my DJ set setup
Like I said on FB, plugins like VUmeter and LUmeter might work, but you'd want to set the level before playing it out, as it'll dip (to the desired level). Traditional DJs have to do this too: I usually start to mix the track in by fading it in, and there I pay attention to how its level is as I sta...

Re: Free De-clipping Plug-Ins. HELP!
Might be hard-pressed to find anything for free. Izotope RX works, but I've found it has to be kind of harsh for it to work. E.g., I mix music for my living, and every time I've found something on a track that's slightly distorting and I've tried to fix it, it won't help, but stuff like more harshly...

Would you be able to send me a project demonstrating this?
Could report it via an alpha forum.
I've been using SC and haven't noticed this.

Re: Plug In channels help
Hmmm.
You probably lack some fundamental understanding of drum rack: internal soundcard does not cause these issues / it’s not like DR by default is set to send audio to external channels.
Maybe you’re playing the wrong notes?
More info is needed here.
