Just adding myself to the list of loyal, long term Live users who will be sticking with Live 11 (I have just requested a refund).
Cubase 13, Native Instruments and any other music production software runs fine. Live 11 works well.
But Live 12 just won't run because I have an older CPU. I'm not ...

I had the same problem and contacted touchAble support. This was the response and this worked for me:
The problem is that iTunes 12.1 removed the 32 bit Apple mobile device driver from the system..
to workaround, install this special version for now:
