Okay. I thought not. Grr. I've RTFM about a thousand times and there aren't many things that still totally throw me for a loop with Live. This is one of them. I've done a bit of searching through these forums, but they are VAST and I guess I missed where this has been covered.

So there are a few totally baffling things (to me) about ableton, and this is one. I've been using it for a long time and have resigned myself to the fact that I'm forever moving the insert marker around with the mouse in arrange mode.
