Re: Is it really not possible to loop unwarped samples/mp3s?
Do I have to go through trouble to assign warp markers if I just want the clip to play at its original tempo? I want to just drag in a mp3 and instantly have it loop without having to do anything else, is that possible? This is a basic feature of any mp3 player like winamp so I don't see how it's no...

Is it really not possible to loop unwarped samples/mp3s?
I am trying to loop a mp3 that's a 16 bar drum break in the clip view. How do I do this without using the warp feature? What am I not getting.

it's been a while, man! hehe, I do expand/close the folders using the arrows but even then it isn't efficient because I simply have so many plugins the delay folder can take up a huge amount of room... with the effects, that works, but the synthesizers have a LOT less subfolders than my effects fold...

I *need* a more efficient VST browser, I have 100+ VSTS!HELP
Firstly, I have about 150 vsts, sorted by subfolders, effects folder is divided into delay, mangling/glitch,distortion, filter/pitch, etc. Instruments is divided by synthesis type. The search of Ableton 6 is nice, but it won't cut it. EnergyXT has a very nice file browser, so I can display all my vs...

Hi everyone, I'm the author of Major Malfunction - re: multiplatform, I have decided to go ahead and port to Windows (it's actually almost all done, pretty easy within the Max/MSP environment). Originally I wasn't going to as I thought that there wouldn't be demand considering that dBlue's Glitch i...

is there a way to go back to the VST browser format of 5.2?
all my vsts are now arranged differently, some sort of different alphabetical scheme. this makes it very hard for me because long amounts of time spent working with the program have built into my brain where the locations of subfolders and vsts are, and I have a whole lot. now the order is all scram...

All of my 5.2 sets, when opened in live 6, have 80-100 CPU!!
Almost all of my 5.2 sets, which range from 10-40 cpu usage in 5.2, when opened in live 6, pretty much freeze my computer because the cpu meter is at like 85-100 percent for some reason! if I delete all the tracks, it goes back down to normal 1-3 cpu percent but this basically means I can't use ANY ...

the more tracks u have frozen, the longer it takes to freez
true or false, the more tracks you currently have frozen, the longer it takes the following subsequent freezes you want to do... it seems that way anyways, the more tracks i freeze, thelonger it starts to take... any truth to that? i wish freeze was faster why is it so slow? it literally takes 10 mi...
