Re: How well does the Novation SL MKII work with Ableton?
Hey Sebastian, I can't comment on the first part of your question but I can confirm that the drum pads are REALLY bad.. baaaaad. Like yur2die4 said, they're not really usable as drum pads to be honest. Keys are pretty good, knobs and sliders are good enough.. integration with Abelton generally is pr...

They just feel much better.. Because they stand out more they feel more defined, more 'there'. I know it's not the fundamental purpose but they look REALLY good too..

Re: Just Picked Up My MPD26 -Considering Returning for the MPD32
I have a MPD26.. Out of the box I found the pads to be really unresponsive.. I got some of the corx from MPC stuff and the fat red pads, that sorted the problem right out and I'm kinda happy with it. Bit tricky to fit tho. Nevertheless I defo wish I'd forked out the extra for the 32.. Here's a vid i...

Re: iPhone crash: all purchased Apps lost forever?
My umderstanding is that, so long as you're logged in to your account on the phone, you can download the apps again for free.. You have to go through as if you're purchasing but it'll tell you you already bought it and that you can download again for free. That's certainly been the case for me! You ...

I'm guessing you mean the track by lil louis, French kiss? Dunno where you'd get the raw vocal tho. There are big bits of just the vocal on the track I think.

Re: Using faders on an MPD to control levels on a drum rack?
right click and "extract chain "... (one by one ) on the drumrack chains ... then group the extracted chains... Cheers for that, it does make the faders work but each hit is then on different tracks. I think what he's asking for (definitely what I'd like, if it's possible) it for the MPD to solely ...

Re: A little warning - Dont buy Novation SL Mk2 for ableton...
One small issue i get is the pickup time... sometimes it takes a few seconds for ableton to respond to a fader move for example... anyone else get this?? the footer turns yellow and gives a message, a little frustrating when you want to get a level mix quickly... In 'preferences'.. Do you have 'pic...
