Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

C'mon Abes, post a statement; your flagship "PUSH" is sinking. Who is the one giving you that bad advice to not post ANY statement on this mess? Even if you're maybe covering AKAI's ass (maybe it's their fault, WHO KNOWS...?) For me it's time for plan B now, at least until 2014: 2nd hand APC40+carbo...

Re: new launchpad

no velocity pads? total missed opportunity Novation Personally I'm really disappointed in Novation. I was hoping that a LP update would bring multi-coloured pads. That would make it worth upgrading for me because I could abandon the screen completely. I don't need half the stuff Push does, but I gu...

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

In short, no a successful company’s focus isn’t just to make money hand over fist. That’s the focus of banks and the stock market. I would really like to share this thought with you, but unfortunately I have to disagree. At the end of the day a company's strategy is "all about the Benjamins". NI do...

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

NI has really great Software and sounds, but their hardware is only built to satisfy NI-heads' needs. They should show that they're really smart and should finally come down from their NI-throne, throwing a multi(software)-compatible controller on the market. Machine is simply shit for my Ableton-n...

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

It's "week 1" and we should chill (but "week 16" is sort of the issue here) Guillermo, I sold my Launchpad (used with nativekontrol) last week...no option anymore. My fault ;) No stepwrite possible with 16Pads, Machine-dealbraker for me, sorry. I...

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

Guillermo, you're right: It's an epic fail, I agree. But I don't care who's fault it is, I just go on....and will still love Live. If they don't announce anything, well, I don't care. (Maybe because I didn't pre-order, otherwise I would freak out I think :D ) It's just sad that the first own step in...

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

Blimey! Theres a lot of hate going on here! Come on guy's, Ableton is a pretty small company really, such a big undertaking for them is both difficult and risky! First shipment of push will be in the uk on the 25th of March for those who pre-ordered in good time. Those who left ordering till last m...

Re: June 25th !!!!!!!

I was thrilled by this release and thought I was just unlucky not being able to order a PUSH on march 5th; because of the high demand and the traffic on the Abes-website...whatever, but now I think I'm really lucky....it feels way better to know that my money didn't evapurate for (at least!) four mo...

Re: Future NI TRAKTOR going the live way

The new contoller is called the F1 and the new Traktor Pro 2.5 will be called Traktor Remix. And by the way its announced as an assault on ableton. They are really under pressure now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JiugHfJCi8&feature=player_embedded .."and I will give that to our colleagues in Ber...

Re: Winter NAMM 2012 thread..

ok they look seriously good. wonder wat the prices are. always thought behringer had good oppportunity to do well with midi. in my mind - there should be far more cheaper options as midi controllers are fairly simple devices. ive had a bcr 2000 for years, and it was under £90 and prob one of the be...

Behringers' Midi-Controllers
Looks like they have spys at Steinberg and Native Instruments...
Haha, I don't care. The controllers seem to be more manageable than Steinbergs' and will be definetly less expensive than NIs'.

Re: Winter NAMM 2012 thread..

The Behringers do look really nice. Looks like they got some new industrial design talent on board over there... I think Mr Craig Reeves is the answer to your question: Here's a review of Behringers' Midi-Controllers I found some minutes ago: http://www.skratchworx.com/newspage.php4?fn_mode=comment...
