Ableton Forum

Mac rewire and Max/MSP. I can't get Max/MSP to be recognised as rewire within Ableton. Even with the bug fix.
I'm using ProTools TDM 6.4, Reason 2.5 and cannot use Live Lite 4.1.2 (which is a feature-light version of Live 4.1.2. The installer and app are the same.)

Didn't ableton simply say there was a new addition to Live called Operator, then asked us to try and guess what it was? That doesn't sound like much of a hype. It was this f'in forum that went ape-shit and completely turned me off. It was truly disgusting.

You paid for, and received a wonderful sound app. You didn't purchase a software synth. Therefore (and here's the leap of logic) you didn't receive a software synth.

Haven't read the whole threat so dunno if anyone's allready said it but...

Please can we have a dj style push/pull control to go with tempo control. Syncing up ableton to external audio (i.e. vinyl) is currently a nightmare and it needn't be.

Apart from that Ableton is the shit! :D

FWIW, the Firestation was released at a time when mLan wasn't fully baked. Apparently (based on reports from other users on www.osxaudio.com's forums), things have well leveled out.

Word on the street is good for Firepod w/recent OS 10.3 update.
