Degraded performance on MacOSX Leopard
Hi, since I've upgraded to Leopard, I have a lot of tracks that worked wonderfully before that now have a lot of audio dropouts, even at only 30%-40% cpu. I'm using a macbook 2.1 Ghz. Does anybody have the same problem? It is really bugging me and I think I will go back to tiger pretty soon. EDIT: B...

Hey people,
I wrote a remote control surface mapping for the fcb 1010, check it out at
http://bl0rg.net/~manuel/fcb1010-mappings/
Supports automatic mapping of tracks, as well as "record into next empty slot" functions. Automappping of contorl pedals as well

FCB1010 Mappigns for Live
Hi people, I have this FCB1010 controller by Behringer, and Live didn't quite work the way I wanted. I wrote a remote control mapping script for it to allow me to do things like "record into first empty slot", and a few other things (like automapping the pedals to the first rack in a track...

Stuck GUI in live 6 / OSX
Hi, I pretty often have the problem that during playing/jamming in a set, the GUI gets frozen, all meters are stuck, sound still works, I can switch scenes etc... As soon as I open a file save window or quit window the meters are unstuck, but when I press cancel back at stuck. I think this happens m...

Polyphonic Input from reaktor
Hi, I have a problem getting polyphonic input from reaktor. I have an ensemble that generates midi notes, and I checked with MIDIOX that the stand alone ensemble generates midi correctly. It sends two note on messages at exactly the same time. However, when I load reaktor as VST in live, and route t...

Quick jam with live and reaktor
Hi, I spent a few hours warping loops and making some snapshots for my reaktor effects, and then did a jam in berlin at the end of the night. Mostly midi breakbeats, audio drum breaks tweaked, sent through livecut and supatrigga and my reaktor effects, and presets of reaktor akkord, as well as a few...

DIY monodeck-style controller
Hi, I built a monodeck-style controller using a microcontroller and lots of buttons and knobs. It works quite well, had a lot of fun with it on friday at a hardcore techno party. I used two tracks to play loops, assigned two rows of the controller to each track, with EQ, volume, play/stop, supatrigg...
