I am having the exact same issue (& same OS) after the auto update to 9.0.2, I tried downloading the update from the site and reinstalling 9.0.2 and still same issue...

Also FYI I am Running 10.6.8 as well. My version of live is 8.2.7 the FCB1010 send/recives midi info through a M-audio UNO. The emprom chip in the FCB1010 is stock (not Uno). and I'm running it along side a APC40. The FCB 1010 folder is within live .app the FCB1020is selected in midi control Surface...

It better not to run the 1/8 out on your Imac for performance. couple of reasons: 1) The D/A converter for that 1/8" headphone output isn't that great. 2) It's easy to have damage occur w/ a long headphone jack hanging out of the side of your computer (I've see a few of these get bent just once...

why not just assign it to a empty clip slot, then remove the stop button from said clip slot...
