Programmable functionality for push stop /mute /solo button
Hi Richie, thanks for reply. The primary goal is not to remove the clicks it is to mute midi and not audio. Yes I did think of what you suggest too and have used that solution previously. The clicks do indeed disappear if using volume automation. This had let me rethink my process. I suppose this co...

Programmable functionality for push stop /mute /solo button
OK I'll try and give some more detailed info. #2 is easily solved I guess. I already route my return tracks to audio tracks with my effects anyway. I can use the return track mute to mute the input to the audio track effects. #1 seems more complicated. I know if using only a midi track I can mute th...

Programmable functionality for push stop /mute /solo button
Hi, edit: Title change to better describe feature request. Old title "Alternative Mute functionality for midi and sends" 1 I am trying to mute midi output on my midi tracks. As there seems to be no way to mute midi I am using a midi scale plugin to do the muting with no notes on the grid. ...

Re: Ableton 10 is obsolet!
Yeah capture is amazing. Stuff like this is one of the reasons i love Ableton. Companies like to throw around the word innovative but this actually is. And it really coalesces with Ableton's philosophy of facilitating the free flow of creativity. This feature has been in Logic since v5, which is wh...

Re: Fast measurement of integrated loudness (LUFS)
The cheapest option I can think of would be Audiofile's Myriad, which is a batch processing app. It scans all audio files and can give you a LUFS measurement without needing to play the file. Audiofile's Triumph can do this as well , if you want/need an audio editor instead. are you just referring ...

Using Push 1 and 2 together
Subject says it all.
Now we have a Push 2, will we be able to use Push 1 and Push 2 at the same time?

Re: A BCR2000 script which respects track banking?
Obviously I have no idea how much work this stuff would be, or indeed how much work has already gone into this, so I will appologise in advance for the headache I am causing!
Here's hoping this is even possible. Thanks once again for your efforts.

Re: A BCR2000 script which respects track banking?
while I'm on a roll LOL, I wouldn't want the mixer/device toggles or the parameter banking for my live set. I want to use one preset for device mode and have another for mixer mode (which I probably wouldn't use but I'd have the option). I'd like to swap controller groups funcionality with the botto...

Re: A BCR2000 script which respects track banking?
Hi - device on/off for the first 8 devices is available when you switch to device mode... Are you saying you'd like this in mixer mode also? When you say "buttons on fx, etc. etc.", do you mean you want to be able to dynamically map the buttons? Hi, yes dynamically map the buttons. for st...

Re: A BCR2000 script which respects track banking?
Hi guys, I would like the option to use main buttons and not have them pre assigned to mute and solo. What I want is for the main buttons to follow track selection so I can use them for device on/off, buttons on fx, etc. etc. This would allow me to have the same device fx setup on all my tracks usin...
