Here is my DAW setup. Twin PIII 733, 768 MB RIMM PC 800 RAM, 160 GB external firewire HD. One thing that might help your cpu spiking is if you turn off ALL other proggies while using Ableton. Live 2.0 rewired into Cubase SX issue

Ok, I just bought Live 2.0 and I am running it Rewired into Cubase SX. I have a Twin PIII 733, 1 Gig of Ram, 160 Gig firewire HD, Soundblaster Live w/kx drivers. Yes, I know the soundcard isn't a Pro Audio card. I'm saving up for a MAudio 1010. Live is awesome as standalone with low latency and ...
