I have a similar problem when using Focusrite Liqiuid Mix with Ableton Live 6.0.7 that even one instance simply hogs 70-80% of the cpu on my Mac Powerbook. It works perfectly with Logic Pro 7. The C4 is very nice indeed for Logic Pro 7, but I wish it would be supported by Live 5, which it is not at the moment. Although instrument/plugin parameters can be adjusted on the Mackie Universal Control, the C4 will simply not connect directly beyond using the knobs through manual MIDI mapping. It ...
