I suggest to try Jamstix (www.rayzoon.com).
There are some who don't like it (as always), but I can recommend it.

MDrummer by Meldaproduction might also be an option, but according to your list Jamstix should suit you better.

I assume you've tried the RESCAN in the OPTION->PREFERENCES->FILE FOLDER? I have SampleTank 2.1 and I had some trouble when I upgraded to 9.1 where my VST folder was empty. Yes, still on 64bit, latest versions of Live and M4L, after updating yesterday to 9.0.4 it worked for a moment, so it's not a general problem with 64bit.
Maybe I did something wrong, but I can't figure out what it could be, but after I tried it again today it again didn't work.

did a quick test: I can see now, that the scale is not locked, as the LED stays black.
The other LED right next to it is flashing red every few seconds, what is this indicating?
