If you don't use the Ableton Control Surface script that is inbuilt you could use Bome's MIDI translator to do that, or you could try a Max4Live patch that did the same, but there is a steep learning curve there.
Warping is non-destructive (i.e. it does not modify the original waveform), and it does the warping realtime.
