I wonder if anyone have any recommendations on how to setup "Export Audio" for best results when uploading contents to streaming services such as Spotify, Apple or Soundcloud.

Should one mess with bit depth or dither options?

I have Push 2, a Arturia Drum Brute and a Novation Circuit and I want to jam with all of these devices at the same time. i.e. add tracks on the push, add beats on the drumbrute, add and tweak parameters on the circuit.
