Received my new ultralite, and guess what? this one hasn't got the problem!

i just found the time is longer when i use the busspower
i can hold the bbutton down and it won't turn on again, but when i release it, it pops back on (what is normal maybe)
anyway, my motu gets replaced by a new ultralite on monday (thanks to the great guys at ampco)

white gets dirty. my gf has one and after a year it started to have black blemishes around the keyboard where your palms would rest. white doeesn't get dirty that fast it think, if you don't rest on it all the time etc (what i don't do) also, it isn't the exacte same surface as the ibook, i think, ...

yeah, i've got a lot of external hDD's, so, really, the extra 20 isn't worth it
that said, 200euro more isn't a bit, but maybe not to much to be not dissaponted later...

just went to the store. they are rocksolid - i was not shure about the case for my regular use, but the appear to be stronger than macbook pro's
they are beautiful machines, only needed to be stuffed with ram as the visuals use a lot

i was going for a 15" macbook pro (wanted a bigger screen), but i'm starting to doubt if i want to pay 700euro more 'for a bigger screen' - they have a bigger hdd to, but i don't mind, just like the faster superdrive...
