I have this track i want to upload to a site but 8mb is max... my track is 17mb i convert my track from wav to mp3 using itunes which is becomes 320kps... is there any way i can make my tracks kps lower so the file won't be big??

does ableton have a stereo spread plugin like in logic,...If not any of you guys know any good plugins for this i would really appreciate it...Laidback luke told me to use mda stereo but i am not sure how to use it in ableton!!

I want to have each sample loaded into impulse to have its own audio effects, i wanna mix the sample...how i can i do that without having to add another clip??

im new to ableton, I want to record a long riff but ableton only makes me record a couple of bars then it lopps so i end up record over the stuff i recorded...Is there any settings i can tweak??
