Included in the set was a audio effect rack that included Operator. Since this preset is obviously not part of Live 8.1 default version (not suit version), I cant think of anything else then that the updated Live 8.1 somehow used the library of the Beta live version(with ML ...

I authorized my live version with your 30-day limited suit-version. This seems to work well. The "fixed" version of the set opens and saves without problems. Also Live does not open in demo mode anymore, as it did before, but opens in normal mode.

Same story. I sent my .als file to ableton support and received back a "fixed" version. This file I received back was 10 times larger. It did work, but not as supposed: it put Live into Demo mode with an anouncement that OPERATOR is missing on track 7. Well, I never used Operator, only some of the ...
