I own Suite 8 and I could totally live with upgrading to Live 9 "Standard", if it would retain Operator and Analog license, but apparently they would stop working if I "cross-upgrade" like that…

I can't get my head around the idea that for the price of the "upgrade" I could buy Logic AND Bitwig, or ...

I am currently working on a project on Live 8.1.5b2 (though also tried with 8.1.4), and I am surprised that the fans on my two year old MacBook Pro are just about maxed out when playing back the project.

I've been thinking about a Saffire, but I can't find anywhere in the specifications about how well it handles higher impedance headphones. I have a 250 Ohms headphone (Beyerdynamic DT800 Pro) and I'd like to know if it drives properly...

There should also be options to render out stems. So for example, it would be great if I could render out individual tracks, subgroups, the master bus, etc. all in one go. ...but with certain limits. It should be visible in the same place as the MIDI editor, of course, but only one stave at a time ...
