Re: Free Download All TR-8S Kits

This is nice thanks. Just FYI there's a few kit samples that might be lacking the full 11 sounds - assuming all kits have 11 sounds... 19 Simple Trap (only 9 sounds), 36 MR. G Kit (10 sounds), 37 Rap with Me! (10 sounds), 40 Chirp Kit (10 sounds), 44 Kawaii Future (8 sounds), 46 TWO STEP (10 sounds...

Lol. When you make a song using the TR-8S, is it copyright infringement? Just think about it for a minute.

Enlarging Font in Live 10

Anyone know how to enlarge the font in Live 10 so it is closer to Live 9?

Electribe 2 with Ableton Integration Video

The video shows a cover of SFV Acid's "Vanilla Musk" in which all patches are created within the Electribe 2 and then transferred to Ableton.

Using External Audio Effects in Ableton

I simply ran output 3 of my Saffire into the Moog delay pedal and output the pedal to input 3 of the Saffire. I then used the "External Audio Effect" under Audio Effects section and dragged it on the audio track as if it was a VST and selected input 3 and output 3. That's all there was to it to make...

Re: Some Love for Focusrite Saffire 40

I have used the Saffire Pro 40 for the past 3 years and it has always been rock-solid (except for when I tried to run Windows on Bootcamp with FL Studio but, FL has never played nice with ANY of my audio interfaces). Yes, it works very well with Mavericks and with a Thunderbolt adaptor. And it adds...

Some Love for Focusrite Saffire 40

I have been using the M-Audio Profire 610 interface up to this point and been very happy with it running on an iMac. However, the MIDI functionality stopped working with Mavericks and they haven't updated the drivers at all so I am done with M-Audio. So I picked up a Focusrite Saffire 40 for about 1...

Re: Swing In An Empty Clip, Then Add MIDI Notes - No Swing!

Swing alters existing notes in a clip, you can't apply it in realtime. Why not just turn quantization off (assuming it's on if you're playing in parts and having them perfectly on grid) and play in the parts, adding swing to your playing? I figured it out. You can apply it in realtime. What you do ...

Change NanoKontrol Auto Assignments?

I am having a problem when I assign something like a slider using MIDI mapping, it is always changing the pitch as well as whatever I assign it to. And up in the MIDI mapping it says pitch bend or something. But I didn't touch the pitch knob!

Re: Getting started, what to buy

As far as Maschine, I can also do everything it ever does with simply Ableton and my Launchpad Mini. Maschine is basically worthless IF you already have Ableton. If you don't have Ableton, you may find uses for it. Speaking only for myself.... I disagree with the "worthless" assessment of Maschine ...

Re: Getting started, what to buy

Only speaking for myself, but Push is definitely NOT worth the money. So far I haven't seen it do anything that I can't do with my Launchpad Mini and my nanoKONTROL, and with a lot more convenient footprint and money savings! I can do chords, play notes, sequence beats and do most things Push does. ...

Swing In An Empty Clip, Then Add MIDI Notes - No Swing!

I want to add swing to an emtpy clip. Then when I record on the fly using Launchpad, I want my beat swung. However, if I add swing to the empty clip and start it up, the notes are not swung, they are perfectly on the grid. So how do I make sure swing is added as I go?
