Re: UAD with Live - Latency question ...
Just workflowwise I would love to know if you would bounce and take this bounce into a new session, recording all vocals there and then go back, or would you prefer to mute all other tracks, load the bounced file into the current session and delete it after you have recorded your audio?

Re: Automatic Multisampling tool for creating sampler instrument
Samplit looks interesting.
What's with Sample Robot? Seems to be an alternative with more features!?
Has anyone tried a tool like this? Does the SF2 import support multiple key and velocity zones?

Which USB Hub???
Hey there, as I have only two USB ports on my MBP, but several synths, a MIDI interfac 8x8 plus two dongles I wonder how I could connect all that stuff to my computer. A hub should be the right choice, but could you please give a real life example what works for you? I give you a detailled list of m...

Re: MacBookPro Early 2011
Thanks for all the replies.
Wow, I did not know that the Graphics Card has issues. Will ask my technician.
RAM is upgraded to 16 GB
SSD is inside.
So it must work like a charm.

MacBookPro Early 2011
Hey guys, I wonder if anyone else ist still using the MacBookPro Early 2011 Processor 2 GHz Intel Core i7 RAM 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ??? Most pluggies seem to eat a lot of the CPU power, so a production without much flattening seems to be impossible. I wonder if it makes any sense working on this one o...

Re: Apollo Twin with Live 9 Suite
Yes of course, the SOLO is a joke to me! Maybe if you only use these DSP for tracking it might fit, but for mixing it gives you way too few instances!

Re: Apollo Twin with Live 9 Suite
Ah thanks a lot, the issue that you can only get the twin with solo or duo DSPs is the only thing that bothers me rightnow

Apollo Twin with Live 9 Suite
Hello I am thinking of buying a Universal Audio Apollo Twin as the interface for Live. I wanna record in great quality while being on the road, so this might be a good choice, because of the converters and the DSP pluggies you can buy from UA. PLUS you can later buy a Satellite for more DSP power to...

Re: berklee music college
And what about the Dubspot Ableton Programme? Has anyone tried it? I am thinking that this one might also be very interesting as it forces you to make four tracks within your course!!!

MIO 2882 + Live5 + Kontakt2 = clicks and pops
Hi there, and again I have a problem with live 5. I just bought a MIO2882 interface and rightnow the pluggies seem to work more stable in live!? Anyone a clue about that? But there is another problem! I just thought, hey boy you have an incredible cool IMac and a superior interface, combined with a ...
