I'm also having this issue. With tap and tempo mapped is crashes anytime I try and use the tap.

Oh i just tryed other combinations and it only crashed if the TEMPO is mapped. Even without the tap mapped. Tab worked fine from the controller if no tempo slider was mapped.

I've had so many problems with all of my USB controllers. It did the same thing for me with the padKontrol and BCR showing up as a "USB Audio Device" Usually I do a "Update Driver" in control panel.... force it to use the proper driver (don't do autodetect) and then reboot... it ...

What does the UAD card performace monitor show it's usage at?

I use my bcr for stylus also. MIDI learn works fine for me in rmx. You just have to be sure that obviously the bcr midi is routed to the stylus midi track, the track also has to have record armed so it passes the CC's through.
