Well, is it even possible to do this? Each EQ knob in Ableton can only be assigned one MIDI controller # (1/101, etc). So, between inf -> +6 dB on the EQ knob in Ableton there are 128 (0-127) possible MIDI slots. I would need 0-63 for inf -> 0 dB whilst needing 64-127 for 0 -> +6 dB. However, this w...

UC-33e w/ Ableton (12 o'clock on MIDI knob to be 0dB in EQ)
Does anyone know how to get the UC-33e to have its MIDI knobs assigned to Ableton in a fashion so that 12 o'clock noon on the MIDI knob is 0dB in Ableton (on the assigned EQ)? Basically I want MIDI control #s 0-63 to be assigned to inf - 0dB on the EQ in Ableton. I then want 64-127 to be assigned to...

Color-coded Waveforms (like Serato Scratch Live software)
I REALLY find the color-coded waveforms in the Serato Scratch Live to be super-helpful when mixing. Maybe it's just me, but I think that color-coded waveforms would be absolutely awesome in Ableton. I wouldn't feel so blind as to the texture of the track. Just an idea. Anyone agree or is this just m...

Progressively turning up EQ over 8 bars (automatically)???
Is it possible to setup Photoshop-like actions in Ableton? Say that I want to turn up the low frequency on the EQ progressively (and perfectly) over 8 bars? Is this possible? And if so ... how?

Xone:3D ... I talked to Hawtin on Sunday night about it.
So, I got a chance to talk to Richie before his show on Sunday night in NYC. I didn't really get a chance to talk to him for more than maybe 3-4 minutes but he told me that the Xone:3D is going to have a few new features that make is "a bit nicer" than the Xone:92 (other than all the MIDI ...
