Re: 128 Param Limitation

+1 Great suggestion! Personally I find the default layout of the Parameter list (as presented by plug-in devs) to be quite illogical. In fact I often find it necessary to "discover" a parameter in the list by tweaking the appopriate control in the plug-in GUI to see which parameter in the list react...

Problem with Live 6.0.5 on Acer Dual Core laptop

Hi, I've been using Live since version 5, recently (last November) bought a new dual core Acer laptop, with an Echo Indigo IO pcmcia soundcard (using the ASIO drivers). Ran like a dream initially, incredibly fast performance, been able to playback/produce tracks with over 25 tracks with loads of VST...

Bump. If anyone gets this working reliably, I'm sure I'm not the only one that would pay to have this functionality. Yes, Korg could quit dicking around and release a firmware update but this obviously isn't a priority for them. If anyone else is down we should pool our $$ resources to convince a g...

So you can actually setup the padkontrol, somehow, so that when trigering clips, the pads light up accordingly (ie lights on when it starts, and off when it stops) ? Please say no, i was set on the mpd ! That's the sole drawback with the padkontrol, it DOESN'T work like that, which is a damn...

This will be only available until the e...

Gnarls Barkley remixed, free download

http://lmd64.brinkster.net/images/gnarlsbarkleycrazy.jpg Gnarls Barkley is a joint project of producer Danger Mouse and rapper/singer Cee-Lo, and 'Crazy' is the first song to hit the top of the UK pop singles chart on the strength of paid digital downloads alone. This is a blatant and quite shamele...

BellX1 - 'Flame' Lmd64's remix

Hey all. I've uploaded my remix of BellX1's new single 'Flame' to my website.
It's very much in the vein of DFA/LCD Soundsystem meets The Rapture, geared towards the dancefloor.

Let us know what you think...

Well, it's only been here a couple of days old, innit? Hey lads, I'm Liam aka Lmd64, been producing for the last 10 years, gigging for the last 3 and using Live fulltime since late last summer. I'm in Stoneybatter in the city centre. I do funky/jazzy house festooned with samples on the laptop with a...

Live5 and microKorg set, appreciate any feedback

here's a 48 min live tech/funk/house set I played at the Ice Bar as part of the Dublin Electronic Arts Festival (DEAF'05), performed with Ableton Live 5, a UC33e and a microKorg. Encoded at 96kpbs so the audio compression's a little rough, but it's only 33mb in size. http://www.lmd64.com/mp3/LMD64_-...
