Re: Launchpad95: Instrument, Scales, Step Sequencer, Device Ctrl

It is Channel 12,13,14,15 by default. I want to change them to Channel 1 and trigger Scales/Drum Racks.

Re: Launchpad95: Instrument, Scales, Step Sequencer, Device Ctrl

Can someone tell me where to change the midi channel from user mode1, the Instrument controller mode.

So far I know its in InstrumentControllerComponent.py in Line 190.

I don't get it, where are the midi channels that send its output to Track in?

Re: Why does Battery sound better than simpler or sam for kicks?

Battery uses fast envelopes. But just playing the sample back in simpler makes no difference. A 909 uses fast envelope curves for example. To get that punchy drums. I think ableton dont use that because of the CPU. I guess.

many Macros for Sampler

I`m searching a tool for assigning many macros of sampler inside a drum rack.
Similiar to the sixteens macro device and the A map device.

It should restore the settings while swapping the presets.
I know there`s NKRacks in Clyphx, but that´s just one way communication.

Is there anything?

works better with analog than operator for me. BP filter and slightly detuned saws. check the modulations if they work correct ryrhmical in the song. chors delay reverb.

Sync bug with analog?

Here`s a strange bug with a bass in analog, there´s just a 1/4 synchronized sine LFO over a 1 bar pattern.

But it`s changing over 16 bars, I just dont know why!!
Sometimes it sucks!!

Can someone test that file,please???

Trigger Arrangement Loop with ClyphX

Is there a way to trigger the Arrangement Loop by ClyphX? It`s the way I`m working. By now I trigger a locator to start my recordings in arrange. The problem is I have to move the Arrangement Loop as I duplicate the whole thing and have to move the Locator to the new position. Theres no way to move ...

Re: metrical dissonance

hmm..ok so you could define compound signatures as metrical dissonance. It´s not to easy to understand as I`m not a musician, more a programmer and I`m doing most stuff strictly in 4/4, but some of the stuff of mine I like has some elements against that, theres one that cuts 4/4 Beat in 5, it came f...

metrical dissonance

Can someone explain me something about metrical dissonance? Its not about Polyrythm (binary/triplets), but happens if 3 different rhythms come together and the metric shifts against each other and gives the main metric a kind of interest and you feel different metrics. Its quiet a lot theory here an...

What about returns in drum racks? Do they compensate?

I would try to edit the sample start for the flam. And its a solo work by Paul Simon to be correct here.
