In iTunes normally you are allowed to make a CD copy of your purchased material.
Burn a CD copy of your tracks then re-import the tracks as WAV / AIFF using another app. You can then play your tracks in Live.

you could use a dummy clip at the end of every track you have in ableton then select the tracks (one at a time) and use the join function on each track. this will create a mix-down of the entire track as is.

let me know which way you finally use - just curious.

regards!

There are a couple ways you can go about doing this. 1) You could use the track freeze function in Ableton on all the tracks (if im not mistaken) then use the freeze files in Logic. 2) You could run Live into Logic via Rewire (using separate input tracks for each Live mixer tracks you use) then do a...

No problem any time. Trust me about the sync thing between the 909 and Ableton. The 909 and most old midi gear are notorious for having drifting clock signals. If you want rock solid timing to mix from your best off with Abletons clock as the master. You don't want any drift if your trying to mix wi...

Im just doing this off of memory because i sold my 909 ages ago but this should get you going: 01 make sure you have the 909 connected to the computer both ways (midi in and out) with the computer as master. Set up the 909 to receive its clock from ableton. You have to go into abletons preferences t...

This is always a funny comment. It only dies for the people who were never really mentally ready for it anyway. Its a philosophy,a music, a way of thinking and a way of life. The glow stick kids and the press hype have nothing to do with it. Go to any keyboard company and ask them if techno is dead ...

Stop the press! Setup manager sees it now... I will post back shortly! No problem my friend. Soundflower acts as a virtual audio host. You only have to look for it in your audio driver section of the software you want to use. It should always be available like your internal card. In Logic (an im do...

Hi. If there are two things in llife I am awful at, they are Calculus and Logic Pro 7. I was wondering if (since you are considerably well spoken, and eager to communicate about your workings between these two programs) how exactly you get midi pipe and soundflower to communicate with Logic. In fac...

I have been using Logic (since version 3) and Live (since version 1) for quite some time now and they are fantastic together. It really forms the ultimate toolbox for any kind of production. Here are a few suggestions for use. 1. Using Rewire you can sync live with logic. I use this to quickly build...
