Live 5.0

Took me a few tries playing with the demo since I was so used to Cubase back then and it felt a bit wierd with Lives flat window interface.

Then all of a sudden I was just having fun trying stuff out and playing with the plugins, everything just worked the way my mind works, had songs ...

It started raining a bit here yesterday, last night all hell broke lose with thunder and lightning for hours, sat out on the porch with the notebook listening to it all, was awesome

It's nice and cool now finally, temps around 25C

That vid never gets old, he's just so enthusiastic about that crappy sb stuff

Seems to work ok for me, I can listen without any dropouts at the moment.

Same here, there's lot of things I still wish Live had, but whenever I have to use anything else for whatever reason, all I can think about is how to get done fast so I can get back to using Live. Lives workflow just can't be beat.

Looks cool, but I don't know if I could work with such a small area, my current desk is like 3 times that lenght and 2 times as deep (Old custom desk I picked up used)

all the hoopla about racks wouldnt be much without vst support.

Lots of those are bots, just go though the list and look for stange names, all linked to gambling, drugs and spam websites.

For me anyway, I find that when checking out a new sequencer/daw (And I don't think there there's any for pc I have not tried yet, trackers included) it helps NOT to start with a project/song I need to work on, it locks me into my old workhabits and whatever needs to be done to complete that song ...

Step sequencing mode is what we need, activate it and notes gets recorded straight into the pianoroll.

Sonar does this right, I'd kill to have Sonars step sequencer in Live, I even bought ERA, but it doesn't work fully and requires workarounds to work with Live allmost defeating the whole purpose :(
