Re: Generator (Automat) !!

This is one of my favorite plugins. I've used it in almost everything I've done since 06-07.

"Collect All and Save" would prevent this, right?

Re: A cheaper MIDI guitar solution?

I saw the new Rock Band controller and thought the same thing. I play an old Peavey Cyber Bass. They stopped making them around 1996 so they can be hard to find, however. Once it has some simple repairs done this thing will probably rival the Roland setup. It has an audio sensor in the bridge pickup...

Re: Anyone else using Lives onboard devices almost exclusively?

The only external plugin I'm running these days is Automat (www.alphakanal.de). My G4 can't handle too much, but it does Live 6.0.10 well for the most part.

Hello all. Uploaded a new track the other day (second link) and consolidated everything from last year. If you take the time to listen I hope you will leave some feedback.

Re: OT: Cat owners My cat eats too much

i've heard the trick is to only leave food out for a limited amount of time twice a day. for example, 1 hour, twice a day. (i've known some people that only do 30mins). any food that isn't eaten -- throw away. just the smell of food does something to a cat's metabolism, and it can get imbalanced if...

Re: Feedback requested :)

Thanks for the feedback everyone! Hampster Death is fucking crazy. Nice one  Thanks dude. That one needs some cleaning up towards the beginning. I'd love to try it in 5.1. I think each piece need a hell of a lot of working on if you're going to pay to re-record them. I would say carry on learn...

Feedback requested :)

All of the tracks done in Live 6.0.10 on a last-gen PBG4, all built-in devices except one or two might have Automat by alphakanal. I'm considering most of these to be "demos" as I want to take these into a real studio and build/improve on them. http://andydoonan.bandcamp.com/album/2009-par...

Re: Which Version of Live Do You Prefer to Use and why

Live 6, mainly because I can't afford to upgrade. The newer versions look amazing, but I doubt my Powerbook G4 could handle them well anyway.

if you don't like MP3 but think WAV/AIFF is too big, there's the apple lossless option, which seems to be Apple's take on FLAC.

Personally, I think I would have a hard time getting any work done because I'd be too upset. It would probably be the thing to make me start calling my congress critters.

the signs have been up for 3 weeks, and nobody cared enough to do anything until now. seriously, nothing more than high tech lite-brites. Some people have snatched them up before the cops have and are selling them on ebay.

peavey just came out with two all-tube bass heads based on their old Classic 400 head. flexible tone shaping and an overdrive channel. half the weight of the 400, too.
