Re: Pulling thing out of lists
No wonder I couldn't remember/find this object, "zl" is a pretty random name, as opposed to "unpack", etc. IMO, it should be in the "see also" list for "pack" and "unpack", as it allows for other, more detailed ways to manipulate list components. An...

untested, but i remember doing something like this in the past and it being fine.

Re: Toggle to momentary.
Hi All, I'm currently using live with a midi fighter and pad control and I want to be able to use a button/pad to turn "device on" or turn the "volume on/off" in a momentary action rather than a toggle. For example I press the pad sound is let through I let go, sound turns off. ...

Re: controlling other devices - tutorials?
are there any GOOD in depth tutorials around on how to control devices? i can get to the devices with live.path but that's as far as i get. i still can't find a way to get a list of usable parameters, eg arpeggiator / delay etc. one thing i'm trying to do as a learning project is to take 4 buttons ...

Midi mapping for classic Max GUI objects
Hi,
Did someone find a way to offer MIDI mapping for classic max GUI objects just like the Live.objects do ?
Pattr and so on give us the preset and automation features but MIDI mapping is still missing.
thanks

Hi, Here's my 1st patch in M4L. A simple device that allows you to change the notes coming from the FBC pedals. It's useful for me ... will it be for other FBC/M4L users ...? http://www.maxforlive.com/library/device.php?id=614 Welcome ! It is always useful to see someone else devices, even the idea...

Re: new m4l built in lessons !, one link is dead
If you temporarily switch Live's language to English, do the links work? Also, did you previously have a beta version installed? The lesson names (and links to them) changed a few times during development, and it's possible you have a "leftover" link. Thanks, switching to US doesn't help ...
