OSI support, that you'll have to pay for, as opposed to including it for nothing in Live 7.

18 Days. I was recording the sound UHT milk makes while it goes off when you leave it on a radiator.

What now Ableton Live?
I still don't think Ableton have anything to worry about. Live is a very creative tool, could you imagine trying to do a live PA with Pro Tools?! I love my little Pro Tools rig, but for creativity there's still nothing to top Live.

With practice it should take you 1 take to warp a track. Just do it with a pre-warped track over the top and stick your markers in so it keeps in time. Easy.

Konnekt 24D has been fine for me with my dual core iMac. I think the only complaint I have is that it gets bloody hot, so you'd have to keep it well ventilated.

Most studio gear is chip based, so look it at like you would a PC. 55-65 degrees celsius is probably you absolute limit. Most electronic gear has a cut off. However, I'm not sure about the Juno. Sounds like you're getting upto 33 degrees celsius which is hot for you, but bugger all for this type of ...

Ok I half cut, so maybe that's the problem, but this post makes absolutely no f"""ing sense to me at all. For starters, I can't begin to follow these ahem 'tips'. Second, I've been fortunate to work with some amazing producers in my time, non of them give away anything, that's why they're amazing. O...

I'm assuming you're using VSTi interface, so it sounds like you've got the usual problem with USB and latency. As far as I know there isn't a problem with Ableton 6 and the Virus Ti. However, I found the Virus to be really hit and miss and different PC's and Macs. Some would be fine, others just did...

It's a shame I'm in the UK as I'd like to pick your brains! While it pains me to say this, you seem to be the man when it comes to the Lemur + Ableton! I've had a Lemur for about 8 months now, and I've put together a fairly useful and stable DJ/PA interface. But there's a couple of functions I just ...

Jesus, it's bad. But we all gotta start somewhere. I'm starting to see the appeal of doing something so monumentally bad that it's gets you loads of publicity. Any ideas what though? Add multiple warp points by double clicking the point just before your track starts going out of sync. You tend to find that Auto Warping with Complex puts the BPM out by .01 (eg 129.99 instead of 130). You best bet so that everything stays in time, is to sync every song to a loop you know the BPM o...
