It now seems to be doing it's sweet thang 8)

Hi 8) In Live 8.2..... when I select a parameter for editing (for instance, if i have a Reverb or any other effect or instrument selected) in older versions of Live I simply had to click on a parameter and it became selected in the automation lanes (in arrangement view)..This does not happen for me ...

I have a little "Midi to USB" converter that has 2 MIDI plugs on one end and a USB plug on the other..Does the job just perfectly 8)
And yes I will let you know when I'm back from holiday and give you 1st refusal on my spare FCB1010 8)

As my learned friend Nebulae states...Combined with Bomes the FCB is the dogs gonads.... But you need a degree in hieroglyphics to make any sense of the manual... So..........Does it actually 'cost' Ableton anything to send authorisation codes? I can't imagine why there should even be a limit to the number of times we can authorise?
Maybe I'm missing something ( I usually am) 8)

Can anyone please suggest why I find that i can't record anything (midi or audio) into Live 8.1.1 ??
