Anyone using Live 3 or 4 successfully in Tiger?

Ableton sent me this reply:
"You can download the file from every Computer.
You can even download the DEMO and use the serial to unlock it to the
full version. The versions are the same."

And the demo is only 15.4 meg, so it looks like I can do it.

I want to upgrade to Live 4 (from Live 3) but I only have a slow connection (not Broadband). This cuts me off after 2 hours so the maximum download I can do is about 23 meg. Live/Reason looping. Reason stops every 64 bars for 1 bar. (starts again after 1 bar). But only seems to happen at 80 BPM. Change to 79,81,160,200,384 BPM and it doesn't happen.
