Obviously roll off all the lower freqs on the click. A good one to try is Ableton's 606 with the click from...

Re: Ableton effects vs Uhbik

Heavenly and FAT?

Please - if you can - show us a demo of something you've done through Uhbik, and a demo of that same thing through Ableton. Honestly, I doubt there's much truth in what you say.

Can anybody give me a hint how james blake gets those fantastic voice effects?
Is that a vocoder or a phaser? Or something completely else?

I'd be thankful for any help!

Grouping together groups?

Hey!

Is it possible grouping together groups? So I can premix a bunch of tracks before they hit the master channel - or is this something for the features wishlist?

Thanks!

Re: Kontakt 4 vs Sampler.

glitchrock-buddha wrote:Two reasons I like Kontakt over sampler. One is that there is time stretching (ie. time independent pitching of samples) which lets you create patches from samples that don't change sample length as you change pitch.

Re: Sampler Vs. Manual Audio Editing?

You should soon be able to do manual audio editing in Sampler. When sampling old records you'll often need to use more than just one sample, which won't loop together nicely because of different lengths unless you arrange them in a Drum Rack or similar.
