Re: Transpose of selected note like current nudge workflow

Great, thanks very much for pointing that out, it is a little hard browsing through videos to find out specific details like this. I love some of the functionality that the PXT scripts add, very cool.

Re: Transpose of selected note like current nudge workflow

Thanks for the heads up on the PXT Push scripts. From what I can see these operate on time / pitch ranges, so this isn't ideal for what I want, which is a simple way to change the pitch of individual notes you select like you can currently do for nudge / velocity.

Transpose of selected note like current nudge workflow

I'm not a perfect player and find that often I get a take that I like the timing of but I hit a wrong note here or there, so I would like to transponse individual notes up or down in semitones to correct the pitch but preserve the timing. Is there any way to do this with Push alone? Ideally somethin...

Re: March the 5th!!!!!!!!!!

Am I the only one who owned The Glue prior to it being incorporated into Live? I got an email from the Glue folks we get an extra $30 off, so that helps. If you own the glue, you should email them - ableton and the glue people (not sure the name of the company, cymptomatic or something like that) I...

Re: An all round solid EQ VST

Cytomic helped to redesign EQ Eight Live 9 think they added an analogue algorithm if you double click it you get some extra functions and a larger GUI. Other than that DMG Audio Equick is the best EQ their is you can make it nearly full screen, its pure transparent, upto 32 bands. Theirs another EQ...

Re: Ableton Support response to Live 9 PDC

[…] We also spent time on the SRC for The Glue, but as this is a new device, I can't say it is an improvement. The SRC algorithm of the overall application is being addressed in current development, and scheduled for completion in time with the release of Live 9. That first line is funny - I'm sure...

Re: Leeds' compressor review - Cytomic 'The Glue'

Thanks for the props guys! I've now added the oversampling feature to The Glue, so check out v1.1.1 and have a play. Also the SOS review I mentioned in the previous post is out, so go and grab a copy of the latest issue (November 2010) and read it in full. It's their 25th anniversary issue to boot. ...

Re: Leeds' compressor review - Cytomic 'The Glue'

... CONS : Doesn't sound quite as authentic to the original hardware as the UAD, Waves and SSL versions, albeit having more control. Please check out the latest version. I'm not actually concerned with matching what other plugin manufacturers do, but how close I can get The Glue to sound like the o...
