There is nothing special about the 'delete' key as far as ascii keycodes are concerned. Catching and reinterpreting it is easy, but I suspect that the abes are not allowing it to be assigned for obvious reasons... the same as spacebar. no, it makes sense. might have something to do with ascii. it blows hard though. i wish there were a mode you could enter where you could map delete and where, if you selected A clip via midi, you would actually select that clip (yellow around it) to make it possible to delete it. i could take a $50 jab in the side. i could grin and bear it. but 150 (i like boxes) brings me RIGHT UP to the cost of buying live 6. and 1 month is not really much time difference. i am NOT asking for a free upgrade (although i wouldnt mind) i am asking not to buy the whole program within the space...
