Awesome bro,

Why is the top album removed?

I have one of Segue's releases from the thinner label,

Thinner is totally awesome.

Hey guys, Last night i was at a gig where the dude was running multiple instances of Reason. Like he had two, or three Reasons open at once. Is it possible to do the same with Live? Perhaps you could have a back-up set with live waiting in the background or something... Anyway, apart form this, what...

ability to choose number of directory folders in browser

I think it would be great if we could choose the number of live's browser directory folders. at the moment there's 3, sure as hell could use more than three. A ittle add button would be nice, or maybe a number option in preferences - there's certainly room for more folders along the side there.... T...

Hey there, I hope not to throw a spanner in the works, but my advice would be to keep live and logic for now. You have the two top programs. Together they are mean as. Live has an arpegiator. Also, don't caught up in all the hum drum to upgrade to live 6, i bought live 5 and got the automatic upgrad...

If you get a MacPro, i doubt you will ever run into problems. With laptops, if you push it, you might. Thats all. If your soley studio based, go the tower. If you perform live, get a lappy. Ultimately, you would want both. A MacPro for home, and a MacBook Pro for live. $$$ I run an ibook and that is...

instantly rendering midi clips...

hey there, i remember seeing something in the live 6 movies about instantly turning a midi clip into audio... Is it just me, or was i trippn? I can't find it anywhere or find it in the manual. Was this feature dropped or am i delusional? I remember seeing a midi clip being recorded, then they just r...

People will do interesting things with the Wii controllers once its released i imagine. I remember attending a performance once where this chick played her av art piece on xbox, it was pretty cool. Depending on where she went depended on how the visuals and music changed.

Hi i had a pirate copy of 5. I dig the disclaimer "if you use this software a lot then buy it". Basically it got to a point where i had actually started to work on profesional projects as a sound designer. Live 5 gave me that copy-protection error so essentially all my files where locked away from m...

Preferences

I know its probably too late to wish for things for Live 6, but i wish their were more preferences so you could customize things a bit, or at least improve your workflow. The things i can think of would be being able to set-up preferneces for saving, rendering and the decoding cache. for example - s...

I got an m-box, this came with an ableton lite version which i could upgrade to live 5 full [and get 6 free] for half price. same for reason. So that was a bonus, plus i have LE. Thats a damn good deal i rekn. I'll set the mbox to get something like a fast track pro - coz you cant really 'mix' with ...
