that's not the optimum way to do it.... I'm actually working on a step sequencer PROGRAM for the micro KONTROL which basically has the pad kontrol within itself.... I'm gonna write an external program that does just this except it will put it into native mode and will allow me to create menus and ke...

one main problem with that logic is that the kaoss pad does not only use two messages.... it uses a message for the touch message aswell, and that's a critical one..... if your xy pad transmits that message then send me a pm I can make you an example of how to set it up, I've recreated the kaoss pad...

you know that's true... pendulum was not a good example.... pendulum is weak :) but what I'm saying is you can be original and become the next big popular musician. ESPECIALLY in drum n bass..... everything HAS been done, now it's a matter of being original and pushing and expanding the boudries.......

sounds like asio overload to me, try bumping up the buffers a lot, use asio 4 all and disable audio input if you don't use it. then gradually bring them down to an optimum

if you drag a normal effect to a normal track it will modify the original signal with the effect signal and mix them depending on the dry/wet parameter.... send returns work differently, it will split the original signal into two, keep the original and tack on the extra return signal, this is why it...

naw not interested, they both have their purpose right now and it is not sequencing.. simply because I want the grid for sequencing ;) plus I really want a touch monitor especially if it's a multi touch screen *drool*

or instead of wasting your time you could get top knotch modern drum samples and make a house beat.... or make a top knotch beat and slice it up and then make a winner song out of it...


you have to realise that making a loop is not such a difficult or time consuming task.

I prefer not to record, however on sept 11th I have a performance for a thousand which I was gonna record... I might record one of my practice sessions at some point.... this is an older picture my rig now has a small 3 octave keyboard(small keys) so I can do multiple keys and velocity too. so here'...

it's not a problem with live..... you need to have all your mp3's loaded into the set, the clicking you experience is the initial loading, same thing that happens when you drag on effects or instruments.... to avoid it, fill your set with tracks first, or use a real djing program :lol: sorry I'm fee...
