Yeah, Wednesday at Watergate and Thursday at Weekend Club should be about right. As mentioned, Berghain/Panorama Bar would be great to visit, but I don't think there's anything on Mon-Thu, only on Friday...

Weather's getting warmer :D

Cool. Grab a copy of Tip or Zitty listings magazines when you're there to gen up on the main stuff. They should also have listings available on their websites to get an idea of what's going on beforehand. Mitte is full of bars, clubs, restaurants, though the ones you'll see at Hackescher Markt, etc ...

It's great. Great variety of stuff, lots of venues, open minded public and reasonably inexpensive, relative to places like UK. It's inspirational.

- pebbles thrown on a frozen pond
- the airy bass at the beginning of LFO's "Blown"
- the utter silence between take-off and landing while snowboarding
- Johnny Marr's guitar

I can highly recommend "Come From Heaven" and also the "Sometime Later" single, for the B-sides, if you can get hold of it. Very nice tunes.

Yup, I second that vote for Sony MDR EX-71. For the price they're pretty good. And if you're lucky enough to get a good fit in-ear, the sound quality isn't half bad (for the price) either.

This is very nice - retains the underwater feel, but interesting and tuneful. Piano patch was on Live side not on DS side, I assume? Anyway, nice work.

Heh, yeah, Welsh peat and Scottish heather are great cushions. Ever done one of the prepared trails like Coed y Brenin? Wasn't a fan till I actually tried it and it makes a big difference when you know you can blast round blind corners knowing there's not a Landrover coming the other way or ramblers...

Aye, I'm with you there on that one Hambone1. Used to hit the Alps every weekend when I was in Munich. Now in Berlin and it's tarmac action for my Klein Adroit Custom, but better than nothing and agree 100% on the benefits. Though cycling in traffic with an iPod is not an option, so my current strat...

Aye, I made a compilation (note, not a mix) the other day with "Thou Shalt Always Kill" in it and it was so hard to get to it match with anything else, in the end it kinda flowed on from a Thom Yorke track, but it was tricky. But your mix was kinda inspiring me to have a go. Keep us posted with the ...
