I did a cut and paste of the part one url but changed the clip numbers to the relevant part number and it worked. So I guess there is ...

In my latest iTunes release (remix of Techno Squirrel's Love Comes First), I use Sampler to create a vocal hook where I trigger the vocal forward, then backward. A simple trick, but done well adds a whole chord structure to the original song. Check it out: http://www.nebulae.com/music/rmx.html Real...

I find velocity being the key. I find that with drum and bass not only do I have a lot of hits going on but also there is little space to actually force a groove by moving the hits so I tend to mess with the velocity to give the feeling of a bit of moment in the timing. Of course this is cheating it...

I have never found that nerves help at all. All of my best gigs have been when I have been the most relaxed and not had any nerves when starting the gig.

Just bought 2 19" wide screens and I'm loving it.

A mere £109 each and they are better than my expensive non wide screens I use for graphics at work. :s

Awesome stuff man. I was buying tickets for the gig you are playing in Birmingham UK, before I actually saw the flyer, but was well chuffed when I did. I know the promoter pretty well and have played Drop Beats Not Bombs loads of times myself so I had to pat him on the back for making what I thought...
